Morning Exercise - Burned Out

I was so determined to lose some fats that I woke up earlier (pls note, I stated earlier, not early) to meet up with Zac to do some morning jogging. As my upper body strength is like... shit... I decided to do some Chin-Up before running. Like usual, I can't even do one. *haha, laugh all you want*

Maybe that's me, before doing an activity, I would have lots of energy. When the thing really started, all the passion and energy would just vanished. Called it lazy if you want, come on, someone motivates me pls!!!

Hitting back to the track and did the jog, this is because that I didn't run for ages, just less than 2 rounds and I began to feel breathless. Hey! I can do 6 rounds without stopping! But that was all in the past.

Guess I would need to do more of running, pumping, pulling, kicking and shouting. Ignore the kicking and shouting.

We did a little chatting after the exercise and a particular topic interest me. It's the designing of our own shirt. That got my attention and I even googled for "Printing Shop for Tees" to located the nearest store in Singapore. I even start to think of the design and everything. I guess I was going crazy about it. Thank goodness, Zac brought me back from space as he made me realized that it's not financially wise. OK, the passion had eased...
