Sometimes, when I said I really need to go on a diet, some people would tell me that I already look slim enough. But the true is, what they are seeing are just illusion!
Basically, you can do the same illusion as well, just follow the suggestions below.
- One very important yet logical (but commonly looked over) suggestion is to stand straight. Besides, standing straight would helps prevent getting hunchback.
- When choosing what to wear, make sure you get a fitting clothing.
(Clothing that's too big would make you look wider and shorter and clothing that's too tight would make you look bigger than you originally are.) - V-neck shirt gives the illusion of a longer torso. (Thus, making you look taller.)
- Wear a single color outfit (especially with a darker color) as it would makes you look taller and slimmer.
- Wear vertical striped suits and shirts as it make people appear taller
- Lastly, you would really think that I'm a cheat. Put an extra sole in the shoes that you're wearing!
