My feelings are in the blender

Don't know how to explain, is like multiple feelings and emotions hitting me at once, causing me to have this... weird, confuse and unsure feeling. What are they? But one thing for sure is that it's making me short-tempered as I can't figure out what's going on... Hopefully a good night sleep would solve it.

According to "What Does My Birthday"...

Based on my birthday ...
Although I'm on the quiet side, but I enjoy excitement and changes. Routine is something I cannot stand. Because of my extreme confidence, I hardly ask others for opinion. I believe in leading my own life, and I have got the gift in doing so. My Love, Nothing can stop me from making progress in my love life. Once I'm in love, I feel the ownership of your lover. A third party can only makes my jealousy becomes worse.

My greatest STRENGTHS ...
While outwardly witty and humorous, in reality I'm rather serious, discreet and discerning.

My greatest WEAKNESS ...
I make misjudgments and are sometimes proud and haughty.

Jobs you should pursue ...
Self-employed.

From What Does My Birthday @ Facebook!

To a certain extent... It's quite true!

Don't want le!

Today could be the best IS Day I ever had. Dunno why, just felt it that way. Today's also my first time to OurSpace, OK, go on and laugh! Love their HOT MILO!

I think tmr trip to Bugis is over as almost everyone decided to chip out. I guess I would just go to Woodlands Center to do my CNY shopping... Would be quite boring though...

Hm, what I wanna buy? Maybe a pair of leather gloves?

I was actually quite disappointed and a little angry... But why to do?

Storyboard... I'm not good at...

Told myself that I would need to eat less but I didn't make it until before dinner when the aroma of pie attracted my attention. It's then I ordered 2 of them and that ruined my effort this afternoon. This afternoon, I only had porridge and I even refrain from drinking Milk Tea... But well, all plans ruined... Things gotten worse when Leo told me that I look fat, OK, end of story.

For today lesson, we're told to do 10 frames of storyboard within 4 hours and that's a lot to do! Really dislike that ANTEATER and she never fails to make life different. Is like when the peace is disturbed, her job is complete. SHE REALLY SUCK!!! Not sure if I had said that for more than a thousand time. Interested on how she looks? Take a deep breathe and pray hard that you wouldn't get blind because of looking at it.

For some particular person that wanted to see the whale penis, here it is:

Reunion Failed

Just return home from my mother's family reunion dinner and one word to describe it, failed. The whole idea for the reunion dinner is to gather everyone on the same table (or at least the same room) and have a dinner. Try finding the definition of reunion and put it together with dinner.

Why failed? Because not everyone is there... I believe it's due to the quarrel they had months back regarding some minor issue and now, they're playing the childish game of "If you're there, I'm wouldn't be there". I guess almost everyone would do that...

OK, less of that now... The dishes were of a moderate standard. But to think that it's rather cheap, comparing to eating at the restaurant, the food is quite good. Anyway, good food could levitate the mood of the reunion dinner, am I not wrong to say that? :P

The photos of the food:

Taken when we almost finished eating it.

The remain dishes!
Family busy eating.
Gotten Jerald's unglam sight (Top Left) ;)

Back to school again... How I wish that the weekend is longer, maybe 3 days, I think that would be fair. But only in my dream...

SHIT! Have to see "ANTEATER" again... *sob*

OMG CNY!

The Lunar New Year is approaching and it's time for me to tune myself to bear with all the trouble it might bring. When I'm younger, this is the festival that I would always be looking forward to because I get to get AngPow (red packet). It's not that I don't get them now, is just that I'm not allow to them. All the AngPow money (except for the one that's given by parents) is not mine to keep and had to be returned to my parents so that they would incur lesser financial loss.

Not that I have any problem with that, actually, I completely agree to such gesture. Is just that I begin to feel that it's pointless to go around thanking people for the red packet as I wouldn't be having it... For the more mathematical people, here's a summary:

If,
Lunar New Year = Red Packet (AngPow)
AngPow = Money
Money = Happy
Lunar New Year = Happy

Else,
Lunar New Year = No AngPow
No AngPow = No Money
No Money = Not Happy
Lunar New Year = Not Happy
OK, I know I sound like some money-minded freak...
Money can't get you everything, but without money makes you nothing.

Just completed the Valentine Day issue of Teenage Magazine. Suddenly feel like having someone to spend my V'Day this year...

Guess it's kinda more like... dreaming... *emo*

Since the Lunar New Year is around the corner, wonder whether Nuffnang would give my some advertisements... Just a little more for my $50 AngPow! *hint hint*

Rest while I can

Finally, this week has come to its end. This week is by far the most mentally-tasking week because of the need to submit the different projects/homework. Practically, I had been reaching home after 11 pm except for Wednesday and today just to complete my projects. What a "great" life I'm having...

Fortunately:
  • Most time consuming project seems to bear fruits... (Website design)
  • VID is over
  • The prototype for our board game turns out well
  • No more in class drawing
Unfortunately:
  • Did badly for my PSP (Problem-solving & Programming)...
  • Need to do more sketches for PP2 (Portfolio Project 2) as homework
  • Have to see more of "ANTEATER" *This Suck!*
Basically, I had summed all the fortunate and unfortunate events that had happened to me. Not really a bad week... Not really a good one too... OK, what the hell am I talking...

LECTURERS are the source of all problems!

Even before this term start, I have been constantly worrying about lots and lots of stuff. Although it's only the 2nd week of the term, I felt that months had passed.

Firstly, projects deadline are so close to each other causing me near death experience! And it's been so long that I had stayed till so late, like 5.30am, and had to wake up less than an hour later. So, whose fault that the deadlines are so close to each other? THE LECTURERS!

Secondly, so many added activities are added to the already-fully-packed-schedule such as the annual Open House, stupid gesture drawing during the Open House, pointless badminton attachment to some ITE that's a thousand miles away from home! Whose fault!? THE LECTURERS AGAIN!

Some lecturers really love to make life difficult for their dear students. Setting extremely high expectation is just the tip of the iceberg, imagine that! And some lecturers are extremely stubborn and inflexible, which is totally discourage in Multimedia and Animation, but why are they here?

Thank goodness that this school year is coming to an end. The start of year 2 means that I can totally disregard a STUPID, IDIOTIC, PATHETIC & whatever nasty word that I could possibly used.

HINT: I HATE PEOPLE THAT EAT ANTS...

*Updates*

Happens that one of our member is not around for online discussion (not surprising though...), talking about effort...

Starting to wonder if all my efforts are worthy for...

The internet is for porn?

Haha, what an unusual title. But no worries, this is still a blog for all ages!

For this few weeks, I have been receiving a huge amount of visitors to my blog. From the usual 10~20 visitors per ady to the current 50~70 visitors per day. Great jump!?

Initially, I also asked myself what had happened and thanks to Nuffnang (as I can search for referrer there), I finally found out the reason. All the "wooha" came from a post that's from the older blog that I had. Curious about it's content? Well, it's about whale penis... Ya, don't need to rub your eyes, you're not seeing things. Didn't know that people nowadays love whale penis...

If you're interested in that post, you can go to here.

Samuel's Working Style

You are friendly, adaptable realists. You rely on what you see, hear, and know first-hand. You good-naturedly accept and use the facts around you. You look for a satisfying solution instead of trying to impose any "should" or "must" of your own. You are sure a satisfying solution will turn up once you have grasped all the facts. - Sounds good!

You solve problems by being adaptable, and often can get other to adapt, too. People generally like you well enough to consider any compromise you suggest. You are unprejudiced open-minded, and tolerant of most everyone--including yourself. You take things as they are and thus may be very good at easing a tense situation and pulling conflicting factions together. - Hm, sometime I cause conflict... OK, never mind...

With your focus on the current situation and realistic acceptance of what exists, you can be a gifted problem solver. - really? Because you are not necessarily bound by a need to follow standard procedures or preferred methods, you are often able to see ways of achieving a goal by "using" the existing rules, systems, or circumstances in new ways, rather than allowing them to be roadblocks. - A little overrated

You are actively curious about people, activities, food, objects, scenery, or anything new presented to your senses. Your expert abilities in using your senses may show in:

  • a continuous ability to see the need of the moment and turn easily to meet it
  • the ability to absorb, apply and remember great numbers of facts
  • an artistic taste and judgement
  • the handling of tools and materials
- Yup, I think so... To a certain extent

You make your decisions by using the personal values of feeling rather than the logical analysis of thinking. Your feeling makes you tactful, sympathetic, interested in people, and especially good at handling human contacts. You may be too easy in matters of discipline. You learn far more from first-hand experience than from books, and do better in actual situations than on written tests. Abstract ideas and theories are not likely to be trusted by you until you have been tested in experience. You may have to work harder than other people to achieve in school, but can do so when you see the relevance.

You do best in careers needing realism, action, and adaptability. Examples are health services, sales, design (I'm happy to know that!), transportation, entertainment, secretarial or office work, food service, supervising work groups, machine operation, and many kinds of troubleshooting. - does troubleshooting involve programming?

You are strong in the art of living. You get a lot of fun out of life, which makes you good company. You enjoy your material possessions and take the time to acquire you. You find much enjoyment in good food, clothes, music, and art. You enjoy physical exercise and sports, and usually are good at these. - OK, something wrong here... I'm not GOOD at sport!!!

How effective you are depends on how much judgment you acquire. You may need to develop your feeling so that they can use your values to provide standards for your behavior, and direction and purpose in your lives. If your judgment is not developed enough to give you any character or stick-to-it-iveness, you are in danger of adapting mainly to your own love of a good time.

All these quizes are actually quite good if you like to understand youself more. But might not always be true... QUIZ AT YOUR OWN RISK!

OPEN HOUSE - THE IN THING

This is the time of the year whereby all tertiary and post-secondary colleges would be having their open house to attract more students. I'm not too sure what's happening outside of the School of Infocomm Technology cause I didn't bother and didn't have the time if I want to. What I know is that the current open house is much better than those in the previous year.

At the DOT (the place where I go for my studies), we have a pirate theme this year and therefore, all the helpers have to be dressed or at least, look like a pirate. Obviously, it's not a welcoming idea.

My role for the open house was to be a a project demonstrator for yesterday afternoon. Whatever I did, it's boring as I would need to repeat the same stuff over and over again... What a boring job!

Some photos... Please don't kill me if you see yourself here (especially with makeup).

This guy below, Edmund, great person!

My partner (most right) for the day.

Lucky I'm not involve with the drawing of visitors. PHEW!

Malik's (the one with the pirate outfit) masterpiece!
