It's not good to wake up early!

Getting up early isn’t healthy.
Every generation teaches their kids that it is unhealthy to sleep out late. According a recent study in Japan among 3000 participants it shows that getting up early can result in a higher risk of getting hart diseases like high blood pressure and a increasing the chance of getting a stroke.

Picking your nose is good for you.
Your nose works like a filter and stops the germs from entering your airways via your nose. The Austrian long specialist Prof. Dr. Friedrich Bischinger claims that when you eat this biotope and it reaches the intestines it increases your physical resistance.

Eat one apple a day.
According the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition there is a 36% chance of surviving a stroke when you eat one apple a day.

Taking an afternoon nap is very good for you.
According the journal Archives of Internal Medicine it’s good for you to take a mid-afternoon nap. A siesta reduces the stress level and is therefore very good for you.

The saying "早的鸟儿有虫吃” (Bird that wakes up early gets to eat the worms) should be changed to "早的虫儿被鸟吃” (Worm that wakes up too early would be eaten by bird). OK, I know I sucked at translation...
